Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs Featured at White House Dinner

Congratulations to AWAA Member Jessica Koga and Schramsberg Vineyards! Their Blanc de Noirs was recently poured at the White House to welcome President Xi Jinping of China. This special pour carries a rich historical resonance: in 1972, President Richard Nixon and Premier Zhou Enlai famously lifted a glass of Schramsberg in Beijing for the iconic ‘Toast to Peace,’ marking the first time an American wine was served at an official state event there. Continuing this legendary tradition of wine diplomacy is truly something to celebrate! 🥂
